I am a diabetic who has read more than a dozen books on the subject when he diagnosed recently.

A fasting blood glucose (BG) should be less than 100 but more than 70 Caution, there is something like the effect of "dawn", which is in half an hour to an hour after waking the BG-level because of the adrenaline rush that you wake up. This is normal.

A normal BG before a meal should be 90 to 120 and after a meal should be made between 100 and 130. The usual goal is to keep under 140 at any time.

The most important test is the A1C. The ADA recommends an HbA1c below 7%. The A1C test is a window 90 in the control of the Gaza Strip. His body was of hemoglobin substitutes for all 90 days. Fecal occult links over time. The A1C test seems to be the amount of glucose to hemoglobin in a sample to see bound by certain size.

I hope you find this useful.

No, the two sugar readings seem fine. The possibility, you are one of the lucky ones! You can not worry! Maintain healthy lifestyle! Remember that you know now they have a higher risk for diabetes, and the best way to delay or prevent the disease is a healthy, stress-LIFESTYLE. Weight, stress, poor diet and cause early-onset diabetes. And then there is no guarantee that all will be healthy to help delay diabetes if you have diabetes genes.
