I want the light brown highlights with exits to the lounge. My hair color is dark brown to black. I wanted to use the sun, but I've heard that it is not good. What do you recommend?

It depends entirely on what the color is already in your hair. If no color in your hair can can do this with a light ash color to do, but may have to bleach and tone.
